HTW IS PLEASED TO SPONSOR THE WWBA PROGRAM: AN INTRODUCTION TO ZONING BOARD PRACTICE

HTW  is please to sponsor the Westchester Women's Bar Association CLE program -- An Introduction to Zoning Board Practice.  The program will be held on Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 12 noon at Esposito's Restaurant in White Plains.  For more information or to register, please see the WWBA CLE Website.  

This program will review basic substantive and procedural aspects of practice before a Zoning Board of Appeals (“ZBA”) and will offer practical tips and advice from municipal building and zoning officials and a design professional about how to approach ZBA applications. Real estate practitioners and other attorneys seeking to obtain a better understanding of the practical aspects of representing a client before a ZBA should attend.
